CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are taken to accommodate your busy schedule. To ensure everyone has a relaxing & enjoyable service, ALL clients need to be on time. If more than 10 minutes, you will have to experience an abbreviated service in the remaining time you've allowed. 
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the price of the service UNLESS the appointment time can be filled by another client. The 2nd time you will be charged 100% of the price and the 3rd time you will be dropped as a client. 
No-show will be charged full price. The 2nd time you can find a new nail tech. No shows will not be tolerated!! A courtesy TEXT the day prior is given for new clients or if your standing appointment has been changed. Appointment cards and text messages are given to help as reminders. 
Ultimately, it is YOUR responsibility to either be here or cancel in due time.

CREDIT CARD PRICING 

Beginning Jan 1, 2024 there will be a 3% charge on ALL credit cards used. I have paid the fees in the past and just can't do that anymore.
